City of Overland Park to see if you will need any permits, which includes following code/ordinance compliance. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary approvals from all necessary government entities and ensuring code/ordinance compliance. If you will be digging, please contact
Kansas One Call for all utility locations before you begin.
Approval by the Architectural Control Committee only means that it follows the Mills Ranch Covenants and policies. It does not mean that it follows city, county, state or other government entities regulations. It also does not offer any opinions on the safety, strength, engineering design, structural integrity, construction, contractors, or durability or materials or design. Non-compliant and/or unapproved projects are subject to possible removal.
All requests should be submitted 30 days before the start of a project to allow the committee ample time to review your submission. You should not start your project until you receive approval.
